We have designed our dashboards to be as user friendly as possible and include as much functionality as we can. We prefer that our customers handle operations themselves because it is quicker and easier and reduces the risk of misunderstandings, but sometimes, you could use a helping hand.
If you want us to help you with operations that are intended to be managed self-service from the dashboard, we will of course help out and confirm our costs for the extra service.
