With his expertise in creating sustainable engagement programs for customers, he enjoys building future-proof business models for his clients. When he’s not delivering customer delight, he pursues his passion for cycling, visiting culture hotspots and exploring culinary trails with his pre-teen daughter.
Mats is the CEO, and his background includes Circle K and Accenture. His expertise is in all things convenience retail. He lives in Oslo and is a subscriber where a subscription is available. As Head of the Family, he has multiple family subscriptions, and his favorite one is for the local ski-and bike-resorts that gives unlimited access year-round. He is an old basketball champ and still practices his moves and jump-shot, fearing his sons will soon beat him 1:1.

José is the Head of Projects & Apps and his background includes management consulting and IT implementation in the energy sector. He is based in Málaga but has lived in different places such as Madrid and Munich and has participated in projects in more than 15 countries. In his freetime he plays football, basketball, practices paddle surfing and dance salsa. He is passionate about technology, music and wine. With a positive and a can do attitude, he will strive to find an innovative solution to maximize value for customers as well as deliver what he promised.

Alex is the Chief Technology Officer and prides himself on building and leading cross-functional technical teams that deliver sustainable results and improve delivery velocity. Building on his engineering mindset gained from years as a SysAdmin as well as dev/ops and technical department head roles, Alex – or AJ as we call him – uses skilled prioritization to deliver products and features at scale. Outside of work, Alex likes to spend time exploring the world, travelling to new places with his wife and daughter, he loves sports, gaming and of course, keeping up with technology.
