Liquid Barcodes support all major distribution channels.
As a marketing channel, apps represent the richest user experience. An app allows you to run all Liquid Barcodes promote, reward and engage mechanics!
Your existing app can be improved and linked to store with content from the Liquid Barcodes platform. We offer an APP API for app developers to integrate towards.
If you do not have an app we can introduce you to app developers we can recommend and which already have integration to the Liquid Barcodes platform. We do not develop apps ourselves.
A key driver for a successful app program is to ensure you have sufficient value proposition to make sure your app will be one of the apps that consumers download and keep on their phone. Content from Liquid Barcodes is a strong value proposition because you can give great rewards with high level of security. Make sure to clearly communicate that by downloading the app the users will receive a sign-up reward and get access to deep discounts (single-use coupons), a great rewards program and lots of engaging content.
Most of Liquid Barcodes´promote, reward and engage concepts can be delivered via SMS to a retailer´s or brand´s registered SMS customers. SMS texts delivered to customers can include a link to a unique coupon, survey or game.
As a marketing channel, SMS represent a very low barrier and easy route to distribute coupons, surveys and games. With link to mobile web content, such as games and surveys, you can create a rich user experience.
SMS can be triggered by texting a keyword or doing a missed call.
Your campaign web site or portals can be integrated with our Coupon API to trigger the Liquid Barcodes system to send SMS to a particular consumer.
You can send a standard SMS or personalise each SMS with information from your CRM system. With or without promotional incentives to your customers.
By combining push and pull mechanics, including keywords, short codes and missed call, you can create a rich one-to-one dialogue.
All of our content (Promote, Reward, Engage) can be distributed via email.
F.ex. you can include a unique coupon in an email. Or loyalty card status. Or a link to a survey, game or select prize. Or any other content you want to distribute.
The visual content of an email is html code, so there is full flexibility on design. However, we recommend you to use a template to make operations easier when sending emails.
Use emails to distribute offers directly to customers or as a rich push notification to drive traffic to your owned channels (eg. app).
Email content can be copied to wallet on iOs devices by the click of a button.
Liquid Barcodes´ promote, reward and engage concepts can be delivered directly into web pages as long as a user is identified with a persistent unique identifier. The web page use the app API to get content in the same way as apps do.
FACEBOOK MESSENGER, WHATSAPP etc
Liquid Barcodes´ promote, reward and engage concepts can be delivered directly into messenger apps using bots and the GetContent function of the Coupon API.
Print coupons can be big impact as the barrier to use is low. The opportunities are many. You can run multiple print mechanics within the promote and reward concept groups.
Single-use coupons: Free product for sampling. Discount coupons distributed in or outside store.
Multi-use coupons: A discount coupon can be valid for the entire campaign period. More advanced: 1st redemption (small discount) opens the deeper discount (single- or multiuse).
Trigger coupons: Scan to produce receipt coupons redeemable only in local store. Scan to produce ”guarantee” codes for redemption in local store.
Stamp cards: Every Xth for free. Level-based stamp cards: Bronze: Every xth free – n rounds, Silver: Every yth free – n rounds, Gold: Every zth free
Prepaid cards: Purchase 5 for the prize of 4. Pay up-front (top-up). Scan next 5 visits to pay (tender).
Coupon on receipt can be sales receipt based, ”trigger product” based and triggered by Liquid Barcodes´ codes. Receipt coupons are low barrier to use and can facilitate a great customer meeting as the employee hand over the coupon to the customer as a treat and see you soon again!
Sales receipt-based: Rules defined by 1) transaction size, 2) transaction items, 3) time-of-day/week… 4) combinations of 1,2,3 gives a coupon on receipt with x hours/days to redeem.
”Trigger product” based: Every soda bottle scanned trigger coupon on receipt: soda bottle ½ price, valid 24 hours. Retailers can sell this mechanic to brands (in-store collatoral, the space on the receipts).
Triggered by Liquid Barcodes´codes: At every scan of stamp card on coffee, print coupon on receipt with ½ price coffee valid for 6 hours.
