Our loyalty marketing platform offers a web-based coupon validation tool for closing the marketing loop in-store.
As an alternative to POS integration, this is a low barrier solution which does not require any IT project.
The web validation tool can run on any web browser, so it can be easily accessed from any mobile, tablet or desktop computer.
Simply input the consumer’s unique coupon code in the web validation tool, then the platform will record that the code is used and single-use coupons cannot be used again. The tool will also confirm what promotion ID or content the coupon holds.
Your stores get unique URL links to the web validation tool, ensuring your campaign stats will close the loop both on a consumer and store level. However, only a POS integration can close the loop at the transaction level and provide the additional transaction totals or receipt data, so we do recommend full integration if you require that functionality.
