In 90 days, the new Nisqually Markets loyalty mobile app saw 74% member growth and 54% increase in app openings.
Nisqually Markets, a Washington state-based chain of convenience stores and fueling stations, launched its new loyalty mobile app, Go! Nisqually Markets, in February. Working in tandem with Liquid Barcodes Customer Success Manager Cody Schneider, the number of registered members grew by 74% in just 90 days! The growing, community-focused chain has over 10,000 loyalty members in just 3 months since launching their app.
The number of members who actively use the app is notable, too. During the month of April (April 1-30, 2025), there were 27,600 app openings. When we looked at one week alone, April 21-27, there were 6,000 app openings! Only one app open is counted per member within a 10-minute window, even if the member opens and closes the app multiple times during that period.
Nisqually Market loyalty members were very active, too. During that same month (April 1-30, 2025), members redeemed 18,516 coupons.
Through online and in-store promotions, Nisqually Markets has actively promoted the new Go! Nisqually Markets initiative, resulting in these impressive statistics.
