The Liquid Barcodes team networks and learns at 2023 NAG Conference in Austin, Texas.

Last week, Liquid Barcodes attended and exhibited at the US convenience industry conference held by the National Advisory Group (NAG). Among those present from the Liquid Barcodes team were Saurabh Swarup, General Manager of North America and Jose Santiago, Head of Customer Success.

Much like February’s NACS Leadership Forum, the Liquid team was pleased to interact with and learn alongside retailer customers and prospective customers in Texas.

Liquid Barcodes is also a proud Gold Sponsor of the NAG Conference and proudly exhibited in the special Sponsor Floor.

Playing and Winning in Texas!

Swarup and Santiago were busy at the Sponsor Floor showing attendees a demo of customer favorite “Slot Machine” game.

Attendees were given the opportunity to play the game on their phones via a special text code.

One lucky winner, Hussein Yatim from Boston-based Yatco took home an authentic Real Madrid Football Club jersey, the world-famous Spanish team. Other players won a Real Madrid pen. Why Real Madrid? The Liquid Barcodes global development center is in Malaga, Spain, just a few kilometers from Madrid and the community favorite of employees, including Jose Santiago who attended this year’s NAG Conference.

“This is my first year attending the NAG Conference and it certainly did not disappoint. I really enjoyed seeing the retail presenters talk about their success stories and I met and reconnected with many friends and customers,” says Saurabh Swarup.

 

Jose Santiago had the pleasure of representing Liquid Barcodes at the 2022 NAG Conference in California and was excited to attend again this year. “The city of Austin is amazing and a true taste of America,” says the Spain-based Santiago. As the Head of Customer Success, I have the unique opportunity to work directly with customers and it is a pleasure to meet them in Austin as well as hear from presenters about the challenges they face in daily operations. I hope to work with them soon to provide them with solutions to their technology and loyalty challenges!”

 

 

Liquid Barcodes Connects on the Road

The Liquid Barcodes team will be attending several more convenience industry conferences in 2023 including the NACS State of the Industry Summit in Dallas (April 18-20) and the NACS Convenience Summit Europe in Dublin (May 3-June 1). Additionally, Liquid Barcodes will be exhibiting at the NACS Show in Atlanta (October 3-6).
