Jordbærpikene in Norway offers a loyalty program with digital stamps and rewards to engage customers and encourage repeat visits. 

Jordbærpikene, a Norwegian cafe and bakery chain with 44 locations, rewards its most loyal customers in the Jordbærvenn program which translates to “Strawberry Friend!”

The Jordbærpikene rewards app, developed by Liquid Barcodes, features exclusive offers and personalized benefits with simple enrollment and real-time status updates.

 

 

 

How Jordbærpikene Rewards App Works

Jordbærpikene loyalty members are rewarded for the frequency of their purchases. On signup, every member receives 250 points!

With the coffee card, Jordbærvenns get every 5th iced and hot coffee drink for free. The digital stamp is applied in the app when the QR code is scanned. When the free coffee drink is awarded, the member receives a voucher that is valid for 90 days.

Jordbærpikene Bestevenns Receive Extra Perks

Jordbærvenns members who earn more than 1,000 points (spending 1,000 NOK) within 90 days, also receive benefits such as being bestowed with the honorable name of “Bestevenn” (Best Friend).

Best friends receive exclusive coupons and benefits, adapted to their preferences. Additionally, they receive invitations to VIP events, special offers, and exclusive access to recipes and other inside information from Jordbærpikene.

Points in either tier expire after 90 days.

Additionally, the  Jordbærpikene app allows friend referrals and conveniently find locations within the app.
