The new mobile app is designed to elevate the customer experience through personalized rewards, interactive games, club cards, and a convenient store locator.
Now available on both iOS and Android, My Royal Rewards allows customers to:
- Earn rewards (Coins) on in-store purchases ($1 = 1 Coin) that unlock discounts and free products
- Club cards for coffee and fountain drinks to earn a free drink after 7 purchases
- Daily Games like spin-to-win to earn bonus Coins, free products, and prizes
- Exclusive discount offers for drinks, snacks, and tobacco products
- Personalized push notifications and text messages for special offers and reminders
- Easily locate nearby S&S locations with the in-app store locator

Customers can download My Royal Rewards and begin earning rewards immediately when signing up on the secure, multi-factor authenticated app, by shopping at any S&S Petroleum location. Reward program users can earn additional rewards (Coins) by playing the daily game and referring friends. The store locator within the app enables users to easily locate nearby participating stores and access current promotions.
A unique feature of the app is the integration of tobacco product discount offers after users complete a thorough age verification process. Users input their full personal contact information and age and complete a series of historical personal data questions. Once age verified, loyalty members will receive tobacco offers via the Altria program, designed to enhance customer engagement and drive loyalty by providing a more personalized experience. Retailers can use their own loyalty programs or technology provided by Altria’s partners.
Currently, S&S Petroleum stores are deploying the app to customers and expect all 110 stores to be online by end of Q4. The My Royal Rewards app is available to Apple and Android users on app stores.
