IDEAS ON HOW YOU CAN STAMPS AS REWARD
With Liquid Barcodes´self-service dashboard you can easily start using stamps as a currency. It can prove smart as it first of all puts focus on your loyalty products and secondly because it is a cost-effective reward that you control with minimal operational efforts. In this ideas-to-go article we explore different ways to use stamps as rewards.
STAMPS AS REWARD – AS FOLLOW-UP ON REDEMPTIONS
A coupon can automatically give stamps at redemption. Redeem this coupon on coffee and we will automatically give you a stamp on your coffee stamp card. This can be relevant as an extra incentive for driving usage of a coupon. The coupon can be issued to a particular customer based on automation rules and with the main purpose of driving higher frequency of purpose on the loyalty product. Giving stamps automatically enables the retailer to drive the focus toward the stamp cards even on coupon campaigns.
STAMPS AS REWARD – AS PRIZES IN GAMES
Any game – probability games or performance games – can utilize stamps as a prize instead of a coupon. Again this enables the retailer to put extra focus on their stamp cards and to nudge their users to get started collecting stamps. Collecting stamps can also be done this way by engaging with the brand only digitally. With all games you can control the probability to win and the total volume of rewards so that you are not giving out more stamps than your business case allows.
Example from k kiosk shows a scratch card game where the main prize is a free coffee, however the consolation prize is a stamp on your coffee stamp card.
Example from k kiosk shows a new stamp card launched alongside a scratch card game where the main prize is to win a stamp. The scratch card game allowed the user to play to win, once a day in the launch week of the new stamp card.
STAMPS AS REWARD – FOR COMPLETING SURVEYS
Stamps can be used also in order to reward completion of surveys. “Answer this survey and get a stamp on your coffee card”. The call to action can also be to complete the survey and get a stamp on your favourite stamp card.
STAMPS AS REWARD – GIVE THE CUSTOMER POWER TO CHOOSE STAMP CARD
You can combine giving stamps as reward with the concept “select prize“. This enables you to allow the customer to choose for themselves on what stamp card they prefer to get a stamp. This can be useful insights for you as well in terms of what stamp card each customer finds most relevant for them.
The below example from 7-Eleven shows the “select prize” concept. Before the consumer plays she is asked what her favourite stamp card is – and luckily she wins a stamp on this, the ginger shot stamp card. The first step allowed 7-Eleven to present their loyalty products. The flow could have been taking the customer directly from “select prize” to the stamp, but 7-Eleven used a game to engage even more.
STAMPS AS REWARD – DOUBLE/TRIPLE STAMPS
You can easily set up double or triple stamps as reward on in-store redemptions, prizes in a game or as reward for completion of surveys. This is easily set up in our dashboard.
