Fanta activated their followers on Instagram. The followers could text Fanta to a short number and get a unique coupon for a free Fanta via SMS. The voucher could be redeemed in any Narvesen store across Norway. Each consumer can only get one voucher and the voucher is single-use.
Immediate after in-store voucher redemption a follow-up SMS was received from Fanta asking the consumers to answer a simple survey with three questions; 1) Gender, 2) Age, 3) How did you like the Fanta?
Instantly after completion of the survey the consumers got another free Fanta voucher.
