We’re looking for someone who loves every aspect of sales – from hunting for opportunities from regional chains to navigating very large, multi-state organizations to nurturing and advancing a sales prospect with the WIN!, of closing the deal. We are looking for the right person who loves the Convenience Store industry and enjoys the success of adding value to the best and innovative chains throughout the US.
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation: Identifying and prospecting potential clients within the convenience retail and foodservice retail sectors who could benefit from our loyalty and subscription program solutions. This will involve conducting market research, leveraging industry contacts, attending trade shows, and utilising online platforms to identify new leads.
- Lead Nurturing: Engaging with leads through various channels (phone, email, social media) to build relationships, understand their business needs, and showcase the value of Liquid Barcodes’ solutions. Your role will be to guide leads through the sales funnel, answering their inquiries, providing demonstrations, and addressing any concerns.
- Opportunity Conversion: Working closely with the sales team and stakeholders, you will nurture opportunities to convert them into signed contracts. This will involve developing tailored proposals, negotiating terms, and presenting compelling business cases that demonstrate the ROI of our solutions.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their partnership with Liquid Barcodes.
The position is reporting to the Head of Sales and General Manager, Liquid Barcodes Inc.
Qualifications and skills:
- 3 to 5 years sales experience in B2B SAAS based technology. Verifiable and consistently over quota achievement.
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in lead generation and lead nurturing to successfully convert prospects into clients.
- Knowledge of the convenience retail and foodservice retail sectors is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively present information to clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry and market landscape.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools is desirable, not a must.
- Willing to travel as required, likely with material time on the road for client meetings and industry events.
